*Each Core API task of 20kb uses 1 credit. Credits are charged in multiples of 20kb; for example, a 200kb request consumes 10 credits. On Premium plans and above, requests below 20kb are not charged.
**When working with a large number of rows, most providers offer a pagination option or next page token. You can configure this when building your APIs in the platform, and it will run up to the limit of your plan. For example, with 30 pages of data, the automation pages through them and builds a single output. Applies to pages within a single automation.
Frequently asked questions
What are credits?
Every API call made is a task, and each task of 20kb uses 1 credit. A credit is counted every time a connection is made to the provider and data is moved or pulled into your automation. Depending on the size and number of tasks, you will use credits.
What if I exceed the number of credits?
If you are exceeding your credits quota, you will be notified at different points during your subscription month, allowing you to add to or modify your subscription at any time.
How many workflows can I build and trigger?
As many as you like. Your account is not limited by workflows; you are only charged based on credits used. You can have multiple workflows running multiple tasks and be charged only for the credits used.
Is there a minimum integration limit?
No. All plans give you access to unlimited integrations. You are only charged based on the number of credits used.
What software can Pathfix Automation connect to?
Pathfix Automation can connect to any third-party software that has a REST-based API. Using the API builder, you can call any API for any provider.
Which APIs can I connect to?
All of them. Pathfix Automation lets you call any provider’s APIs directly without waiting on us to configure and make a connector available, so you have complete flexibility over the APIs you consume.
What do I get in the free trial?
